Yes — both ways, at no charge, for every guest who books directly on squarehotelktm.com. We drive you in the hotel's own electric vehicles. Return airport taxis typically cost around US$25. Send us your flight details after booking and we will be waiting at Tribhuvan International Airport, about 25 minutes away.

Our best available rate is always here, there are no booking fees, and the free electric airport transfers are only included on direct bookings. You also reach the front office directly if anything about your stay needs changing.

Parking is free for all guests. Breakfast depends on the rate you choose: bed-and-breakfast rates include the full buffet at Emerald Coffee Shop, served until 10:30 AM, while room-only (EP) rates do not. You can see both side by side when you check rates, and breakfast can be added at the front desk after you arrive.

Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 noon. If your flight lands early or leaves late, tell us in advance — we will hold your luggage and do our best to arrange an early check-in or late check-out.

Thirty-nine rooms in three types: Standard Rooms of 25 m² in king, queen or twin; Executive Suites of 50 m² with a jacuzzi and electronically frostable glass; and one Apartment Suite of 75 m² with a master bedroom, a twin room and a full living room. Every room shares the same double-cavity wall construction, so the city stays outside.

Yes. The TV in your room runs the lights, the curtains, a sleep timer and the door sign (Do not disturb or Make up my room). With the same remote you can order in-room dining and ask for a wake-up call, cleaning, laundry or luggage pickup. Voice control works in English through Google.

Our room TVs sign you out for you. At check-out the TV erases your YouTube, Netflix and Google sign-ins by itself, and a sign-out button works at any time during your stay.

Yes. The Apartment Suite was designed around families, with a separate twin room and living space. There is a rooftop swimming pool, and the lobby is a genuinely relaxed place — the owners' own children grew up running through it.

Yes — Simrik Hall (7,000 ft²) for weddings and banquets under crystal chandeliers, Neel Hall for conferences with an LED panel, Ruby Hall for up to 80 guests theatre-style, and the Ruby Boardroom for 10 to 15. For a wedding or conference group we can confirm rooms for your dates while you are still on the phone.

It was built by Nepali hands over eleven years — hand-hammered brass, locally carved slate, furniture that took a local workshop twelve months to make, and rotating work by Nepali artists in partnership with Gallery 108.
